Refund Policy:
- doctorsdmc.com will offer a full refund if:
- You received a defective item.
the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
- The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While We regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing, and We have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by Wallets, credit should be available within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, email Us, within 3 days of receipt, your order details, including the reason why You are requesting a refund. You can also raise a request on our website/App. The Company may also require You to upload pictures of the product(s) received in order to process the refund.
- Company will verify the request within 3 working days from the time of receipt of your request. Once the claim is verified as genuine and correct, www.doctorsdmc.com will initiate the refund process. In case of refund, www.doctorsdmc.com may also initiate the collection process in which case You will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packing for collected by www.doctorsdmc.com.
