Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
 

1. You can cancel the product(s) ordered in the Website/App within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
2.  In cases where www.doctorsdmc.com is unable to accept the order in cases including but not limited to non-availability of product or quantities ordered by You or inaccuracies or errors in the pricing information etc, www.doctorsdmc.com reserves the right to cancel the order without any liability to the Company.
3.  doctorsdmc.com shall also cancel orders if it includes but limited to:

• a. Product(s) ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
  b. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
  c. Bulk quantity of the same product is ordered;
  d. Invalid address given in order details
  e. Any malpractice used to place the order.
